Your data is transmitted securely using TLS 1.3 protocols and stored in an encrypted format at rest under AES-256 standards in cloud servers featuring high levels of physical and digital protection (SOC 2, ISO 27001).

Our integration with Plaid enables a direct connection to your financial institutions. Your banking passwords are never seen or stored on our servers; Plaid processes your credentials in an encrypted and secure manner.

You have the right to access, correct, archive, or request the complete and permanent deletion of your financial data and your account at any time from your dashboard or by writing to our support email.

Our public website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it — for example, which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser type. This information is aggregated, is not used to identify you personally, and is never combined with the financial data in your ContaBaseOne workspace. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.
